Terms of Use

1. The person booking the apartment is responsible for his/her guests. No additional guests other than those listed may be invited to stay without prior agreement.

2. Until  you have received confirmation that the booking is accepted, the booking is not confirmed and no contract exists. Provisional bookings may be held pending receipt of deposit and booking form.

3. A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to departure.

4.The deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled or balance not received within 4 weeks before departure. The deposit is non refundable if you are are for any reason unable to take up your reservation in full or part.

5. The owner of the property will not be liable for any loss, injury or illness to you or any member of your party or third party. Use of amenities are entirely at the users risk. Children must always be kept under control. Please show consideration for our neighbours.

6. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please respect this wish.

7. No pets are allowed.

8. You are responsible for the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it. The apartment and all the equipment must be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday period and ready for occupation by the next tenants.

9. If the holiday property should not be available owing to damage by fire, flood, storm or any reason outside the control of the owner, we will refund to you the full amount of monies paid. Liability is limited to the refund of such monies.

10. You must return the keys of the apartment immediately at the at the end of the holiday period to the key holder. Any loss of keys will incur a £20 replacement fee which will be deducted from the deposit.

11. At the end of your holiday all moved or borrowed items must be returned to their original location. Please replace broken items with one of similar appearance and value.

12. Any missing items or damage will incur a charge deductible from the £50 deposit.

13. An inventory of the property will be made and providing no damage has been incurred to the property and its contents and nothing is missing from the inventory , the £50 deposit will be returned.

14. Whilst representations are are made in good faith, neither they or any verbal representations are intended to do more than give a general indication of the holiday property.

We hope these conditions do not sound intimidating, they are designed to give you and all other tenants following you the most enjoyable holiday possible.
